Specific periodised programs designed by our head coach to make sure you are staying fit, healthy and strong FOR LIFE!! This includes strength training, conditioning, crossfit style workouts and gymnastic strength.
STRENGTH/CONDITIONING
Unlock your inner ninja in this class! Yes you will become more mobile, BUT you will also build strength and control in your end ranges..whilst gaining some amazing skills along the way. If you play any sport, or you wish to be more BULLETPROOF for all things life then this class is a must for you.
MOBILITY
Find calm and control in your day. In this class you will practise breath work, you will be guided through a yoga session/ flow and finish with a meditation. This is a great class for increasing your body awareness, flexibility and body weight strength, whilst bringing clarity, peace and calm to your day.
YOGA
Develop amazing foot work and hand eye coordination from our experienced coaches. Feel safe and confident in your abilities as each class you will follow a syllabus designed for you to gain the skills needed to achieve an understanding of Boxing…PLUS its an amazing workout.
BOXING
This is an MMA class designed for ages 14-18yrs. This class teaches discipline, respect, self-confidence, skills and fitness. The things you learn and the friends you make in this class will stay with you for a lifetime.
COLTS
Mixed Martial Arts, this is the allrounder of all martial arts practises. Our MMA syllabus is designed by professionals for professionals. This class is based on skills, practise, technique and a sound level of fitness.
MMA
Ladies this is just for you! This class provides a safe environment for females to get an amazing workout whilst building self-confidence and skills that will be irreplaceable. No matter what your reason why for joining is, you will be cared for and welcomed.
FEMALE SELF DEFENCE
This is an invite only class that is for the advanced Mixed martial arts athletes who have been competitive in their practise. This team includes following a strict training protocol, personalised strength, conditioning and mobility training, PLUS complete guidance and support on your competition day and the lead up. Discipline, respect and dedication are musts in this team.
FIGHT TEAM
The ultimate body puzzle sport. Ju Jitsu teaches self-defence, grappling, ground fighting and submission holds. Its skilled, technical and controlled. Our patient and skilled coaches will ensure you feel confident and are able to practise each technique, so you build a solid understanding.
JIU JITSU
Just like boxing…except you’re allowed your legs. Think core, think fitness, think skill, coordination and kinaesthetic awareness. Kick boxing is a form on martial arts derived from Karate, except it borrows moves from Muay thai, boxing and full contact karate.
KICK BOXING
In this class you learn to use ALL of your limbs for self-defence alongside with incredible skill and fitness. Muay Thai is a contact sport that uses kicks, knees, shins, punches and elbows. It is traditionally a National Thailand sport that has now become quite a big part of the modern martial arts world.
MUAY THAI
This is for children aged 8-12 both girls and boys. In a safe environment your child will learn skills, body awareness, discipline, respect and control that will set them up for life. This class is very rewarding and will help build your child’s self-confidence within a group but also within themselves. Not to mention the fitness they will gain and the fun they will have in each session.
NINJA KIDS
Wrestling is a combat sport involving grappling like techniques such as clinches, take downs, throws and holds. This is often done with a partner so that you can advance on your techniques and strategies each class.
