I always like trying new things and starting at HTC has been one of the best decisions I’ve made. The intensity and focus required in each session has pushed me to develop skills and fitness I never thought I could achieve. The drive to keep improving is contagious; there’s something incredibly motivating about seeing tangible progress with each workout. It’s not just about getting stronger; it’s about building a mindset of determination that carries over into every part of life.
The best part? The people. The gym community is amazing and the support from everyone and the trainers is extremely rewarding.
And who knows? If I ever decided to take things further and pursue fighting seriously, I know I’d have the tools and the confidence to do it. At the moment, just being here and improving everyday feels incredibly fulfilling.
